Job Summary :


- The IDC Manager oversees the support and development of Omnitracs suite of applications, including Salesforce, Oracle EBS, Intec Billing, and variety of custom development, including integrations with all of the above.


- The Manager will oversee a team (Up to 10) of analysts and developers, working with subject matter experts and leadership in the United States home office (Dallas, Texas) to coordinate and oversee delivery.

-The ideal candidate has an established leadership background and proven knowledge of Salesforce (required) and Oracle EBS (preferred) applications, working with U.S. based clients in a development/delivery Center of Excellence.

Essential Responsibilities And Duties :


- Hire, train, and mentor a team of analysts/admin and developers

- Manage support response SLA- s

- Coordinate resource utilization and delivery with application managers in the U.S.

- Develop and lead efficiency improvements and KPI's.

- Oversee creation/maintenance of application documentation

- Adherence to development & security standards

- Participate/Lead recurring coordination meetings

Qualifications :

EDUCATION : Bachelors/Master's Degree

EXPERIENCE : Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT/Product/Services Companies

Required skills :

- Strong Leadership Skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Enterprise application best practices/procedures

- Application Governance

- Broad based understanding of business processes across the enterprise

- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse business operations with both technical and non-technical resources

- Constant communication with business partners
