Functional Consultant - SAP CRM & eCommerce Solutions (10-15 yrs) (HireTale)

We are looking for candidates having 10+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing digitalization.

Responsibilities :

- Utilize Functional and/or Technical design and build CRM and E-Commerce solutions

- Articulate common data architecture, design, configuration, integration with external solutions, data model and define workflows

- Must have good experience in the integration of CRM and E-Commerce solutions with SAP and Non SAP systems

- Experience as an SFDC administrator is a must

- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the CRM and E-Commerce solutions

- Perform configuration and customization of the CRM and E-Commerce solutions as per business processes like Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Visit Management and Visit reports, Case management, Commerce web store, Cart functions, Payment gateway integrations.

- Design, configure and develop Customer Portal and Mobile applications.

- Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and 'how-to' assistance.

Eligibility :

- Should have a thorough knowledge of the Sales & Marketing processes and associated KPIs,

- Experience with the Steel industry would be an added advantage.

- Should have implementation experience in Sales & Marketing digitalization projects.

- Implementation experience in CRM and E-Commerce solutions is a must. (Preferably Salesforce (CRM) and SAP (Commerce).

- Good knowledge of the database - SQL, Oracle

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in Salesforce Einstein / Tableau

- Willing to be hands-on in producing tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables, status reports, project plans, testing, training and documentation)

- Excellent communication skills
