Lead Salesforce Developer - Apptus/CPQ/Service Cloud (5-6 yrs) (Zensoft)

Job Requirements :


- Experience with Agile/Scrum and Test-driven development methodologies in Mobile and Web Digital apps in Weekly/Bi-weekly sprints.

- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and all stages of QA and Defect Life Cycle

- Sound knowledge of Salesforce-Service cloud, this includes multiple modules - Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Cases, Campaigns, Opportunities, Orders and Services entities

- Extensively exposure of Cases, Contacts, Accounts, Solutions and Reports entities in Service cloud application

- Verification & validation of conversion of Web - Leads functionality, Validating the Assignment rules of Leads.

- Verification of Target and Non-Target Account functionalities. Verification of Inbound and Outbound Cases requirements

- Validated the picklist values based on the Record type layouts. Thoroughly validating the validation and business rules

- Knowledge of Apptus and CPQ (Salesforce integrates with Apptus and CPQ) is an added advantage.

- Any 1 Salesforce certification would be an added advantage.

- Design, create, document, implement and maintain and execute test scripts for complex on-demand and integration applications.

- Self-directed, team-oriented with a strong ability to work with cross-functional teams.

- Must have effective communication skills to share testing knowledge and test strategy in a collaborative atmosphere to lead and influence positive quality results among other test teams

- Must have experience in planning, preparing, and executing functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, including end-to-end test scenarios across multiple systems and batch processes.

- Determining testing scope using the risk-based testing approach

- Can think beyond assigned tasks and Ability to work in a collaborative team-oriented environment.

- Possess the ability to analyze test scenarios, apply critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
