Experience/Skills Required :
- Through understanding on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and working experience on salesforce implementation projects.
- Have prior experience in managing SFDC production support or development team.
- Good in maintaining relationships with key project stakeholders and internal development team.
- Good working experience in salesforce admin skills set such as SFDC Automation, Data management, User Management, Reports and Dashboards, etc.
- Knowledge on Servicenow and Jira, nice to have
Summary of position :
- The Salesforce Analyst will lead the ongoing creation, operation, implementation, and optimization of our Salesforce.com deployment in accordance to the business needs.
- The analyst will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Force.com platform.
- The analyst will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify develop and deploy new business processes and support our core business process.
- This role is part technical project Lead, part administrator, and part Salesforce analyst.
- The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.

- Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
