LMTEQ - Senior Salesforce Developer - Lightning/Apex/Visual Force (6-10 yrs) (LMTEQ)

Qualification :

- B.Tech/BE in IT/CS or any relevant education with distinction

- Salesforce Developer certification would be an added advantage

Prerequisites for the role :

- 3+ years of Salesforce experience in Apex and Lightning UI including Aura and/or LWC.

- 6+ years of development experience in some combination of object-oriented programming language like Apex, Java, C# or C++ and developing modern web applications using component-based front-end technologies e.g. LWC, React, Angular, Vue JS.

- Experience building Salesforce Managed and/or Unlocked packages for distribution

- Must possess deep understanding of Salesforce Lightning Community and the Data Security Model

- Hands-on experience building custom Lightning applications using Force.com APIs including Metadata API, SOAP API, REST API.

- Must possess good understanding of the SFDC Data model, Architecture.

- Must possess good knowledge of refactoring patterns and how to apply them

- Salesforce Platform Developer and/or Architect Domain Certifications is an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- As part of the Product team, you will refactor and re-engineer existing products to reflect a localized micro service architecture within Salesforce orgs.

- Evolve our existing managed package environment to the 2nd generation packaging/deployment model, and drive best practices on the use of Salesforce Lightning Communities and the Lightning Bolt packaging framework.

- The Senior Salesforce Developer will frequently take new and existing Salesforce features and identify how they can be directly leveraged in products effectively.

- They will also stay - ahead of the curve- in terms of keeping abreast of Salesforce product direction and working to ensure that our plans line up to take full advantage of these new capabilities.

- Translate requirements into development needs, architect solution, and develop logic.

- Maintain our Salesforce.com code-base, constantly finding areas to be improved to enhance user experience and re-factored to minimize technical debt.

- Collaborate with other groups to build integrations and adopt the best engineering standards as well as helping establish best practices for the systems team.

- Individual will have to troubleshoot existing Apex Classes and Triggers Work with Sales, Support, Product and other groups to identify areas of improvement and architect technical solutions.
