This is a full-time remote job opportunity.
Responsibilities :
- Utilize Functional and/or Technical design and build E-Commerce solutions - Articulate common data architecture, design, configuration, integration with external solutions, data model and define workflows
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage SAP Commerce solutions
- Perform configuration and customization of SAP Commerce solutions as per business processes like Commerce web store, Cart functions, Payment gateway integrations
- Design, configure and develop Customer Portal and Mobile applications
- Design develops and maintains business analytics cubes and dashboards from our web and eCommerce solution using our reporting tools Tableau
- Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and how-to assistance.
Eligibility :
- Excellent in the Role of SAP Commerce Admin and Developer with integration knowledge
- Must have good experience in integration of SAP Commerce cloud with SAP ECC / S4 HANA, CRM, and ancillary applications
- Good knowledge of database SQL, Oracle
- Willing to be hands-on in producing tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables, status reports, project plans, testing, training, and documentation)
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM, preferably Salesforce) will be added advantage
