Technical Lead - Vlocity Development (5-8 yrs) (KoreMinds LLC)

Role Requirements & Qualifications

1) Salesforce.com certification (Administrator, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud)

2) Vlocity Platform Developer certification; working experience with Vlocity OmniScript, Vlocity Data Raptors, Vlocity cards, Vlocity integration procedures, etc.

3) Strong customer-facing skills, proven ability to communicate and build relationships with business and technical audiences, great teamwork and collaboration skills

4) Knowledge of health, insurance and key business processes (calculation rules, quoting, claims, etc.)

5) Precise and effective customer and team communications and presentation skills

6) Understand technology application within business

7) A proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

8) Understand key concepts of user-centered design and design thinking

9) Technically supporting developers with their tasks

Required - Minimum Bachelor's Degree or any other equivalent Degree in Computers

Required Experience :

1) Work Experience with Salesforce integrations

2) Minimum 5+ years of Overall work experience

3) Minimum 2 - 3 years implementing Salesforce Integration & Lightning development projects

4) Minimum 3+ years Vlocity project experience around Health, Insurance Industries
