Business Analyst (5-8 yrs) (Panchjanya HR Services)

Business Analyst :

Responsibility :

- Works with business partner (or if needed with customers) to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs

- Understand and document requirements.

- Take feedback from stakeholders to fine tune the requirements.

- Work with UX team to design the customer experience.

- Own and develop relationship with internal stakeholders, working with them to optimize and enhance our product.

- When exposed by the business partner, develop relationship with the customer.

- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer

Requirements :

- Engineering degree in IT / Computer Science

- Should understand technology to help him/her understand the product and analyse the impact of new changes.

- At least 2 years of experience as BA.

- At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce either in a capacity of a developer, tester or BA.

- Total of 6-8 years of experience

- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing

- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills

- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

- A track record of following through on commitments.

Good to have : 

- Experience in Agile Development, JIRA
