Job Description :
- Salesforce functional/business analyst who will understand the transformed Salesforce application (do as-is Vs new functionality gap analysis), put the content together and deliver training to end-users distributed across the globe
- The role will be available to the Customer project full-time (100%)
- Should have prior experience in conducting training program globally
- Expertise in training content creation - documents, ppt, videos, webinars
- Salesforce knowledge is a must have so that the training materials for various modules can be created
- Should have Salesforce certifications on his/her belt
- All training and materials has to be created in English language, no local language support required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team with various set of resources - Technical, Functional, Business, Sales
