Department profile:

- Wealth Management Technology (WMT) is responsible for the design, development, delivery, and support of the technical platform behind the products and services used by Our Wealth Management Business, Financial Advisors and their teams.

- Analytics, Intelligence and Data Technologies (AIDT) is the group under WMT, that takes care of all Wealth Management projects related to Data Analytics, Data Science, Artificial intelligence, Machine Learning, etc. The team leverages the enterprise big data platform to come up with innovative and effective solutions to provide an edge to the Financial Advisors of the firm against the rest of the market.

Position :

We are looking for a person who will be an agent of change, who will drive and execute Quality and Reliability transformation roadmap, in particular testing CRM/Salesforce cloud platform, backend data across platforms, test-case modeling, automation of functional/regression and rfb test suites, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deliver pipeline and Shift Left methodologies.

We will also expect the candidate to take ownership of a Functional domain within AIDT and play a hands-on role in the execution of testing for projects in this area.

The candidate should be an expert in testing, testing automation, testing leadership and have some background in development, and previous experience with BDD. Candidate should be proficient in Java, Hadoop, Teradata, SQL, Salesforce Cloud and QA testing tools/frameworks.

Candidate should also demonstrate good understanding of Wealth Management data domains. The candidate should have at least 7+ years of testing or development experience in Financial Services or Wealth Management.

The candidate should be flexible, highly adaptable and excellent team player. The candidate is expected to work with teams that consist of test analysts, developers and automation engineers. The candidate should expect to work in a global virtual team, sometimes across multiple time zones. The candidate may be assigned to more than one role or project at a time.

The candidate will in addition to being a culture carrier for the team will also partner with our vendors to provide best-in-class testing services for the projects that we support.

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of overall experience with 3+ years of managing geographically diverse team.

- 4+ year's hands on experience in Java, Teradata, Hadoop and SQL.

- 3+ years- experience in Salesforce cloud or CRM product.

- Hands on expertise in various testing framework and experience on authoring and executing comprehensive test suites from business and functional requirements.

- Must be capable of extracting test requirements, planning and running tests, tracking and following up on issues.

- Must have solid understanding on Data Quality and data management. Strong analytical, profiling and troubleshooting skills.

- 3+ years- experience in Postman/TestNG.

- Good experience on HP Quality Center - QC and JIRA.

- Should have experience with Selenium & Cucumber (BDD).

- Should have working experience with CICD tools like Teamcity

- Should have experience working in API Testing, Git and build tools like Gradle

- Should have experience to design and implement frameworks

- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.

- Experience in emerging technologies like Azure, AWZ and IBM Cloud.
