Requirements :
- Knowledge of Javascript/Jquery/HTML/CSS is mandatory. Candidates should be good in analysis & troubleshooting. Job profile would be Tier-1 Integration expert for US clients.
- Our client has a video player product that is used by several websites in the world. End-user will integrate that player into the website & connect for Tier 1- Integration expert team if they face any issue.
- Tier 1 should be able to troubleshoot the issue if there is any technical issue or if the code for integration is not written as expected. If that is higher than that level, Tier 1 will pass the issue to Tier 2.
Job Responsibilities/Role :
- You will be responsible for Tier 1 integration cases solution. End-users may use different kinds of websites or any other code where they are using that player. You should be able to debug that code & suggest if there is anything missing in the code part.
- Experience with Salesforce would be extra
- You will be able to communicate directly to the end client as needed.
Shift will be night, work from home.
