Job Description :
- The Technology team at Pollinate Group is responsible for all the technology needs of the organization and works mostly on Salesforce and supporting apps, Google suite of applications, Power BI, WordPress.
- The team is also responsible for providing technical production support to the organization and solutions to evolving business needs.
Responsibilities :
1. Develop and maintain the existing Sales Cloud
2. Contribute to and support the planning, design, development, and delivery of solutions for a specific business needs
3. Implement workflows, approvals, alerts, and reports as per the requirement
4. Understand requirements from various verticals and translate into tech solutions, provide production support to field staff
5. Identify, diagnose, and report technical problems, escalate and track problems appropriately
6. Train field staff and new joiners regularly, in local languages when needed
Required Skills and Qualifications :
1. 3 - 5 years experience as a Salesforce Developer
2. Bachelor's degree in a related field, or the equivalent experience in the related field
3. Good written and verbal communication skills are a must
4. Experience in working with the social sector would be an added advantage
5. Expertise in SFDC development using Apex Classes and Triggers, VisualForce pages and SOQL
6. Experience in Salesforce Workflow Rules and Approvals, Visual Flow, Process Builder, Formulas, and Salesforce limitations
7. Experience in Salesforce administration and configuration
8. Good analytical skills and the ability to engage effectively at both the business and technical levels
9. Demonstrate a good understanding of the Salesforce.com stack and the Sales Cloud
10. An added advantage for experience working with Power BI or Tableau, WordPress, JavaScript, XML or JSON, Python, Google suite administration
