This person shall be able to lead large & complex Salesforce engagement, develop technical solution, interact with customer, manage team, ensure project delivery & customer satisfaction.
Important points on requirement :
- Background shall be technology specialist or architect on Salesforce platform
- Must have led presales opportunity and developed Salesforce solution
- Must have team management experience leading large & complex engagement on Salesforce
- Must be a good people manager and experience in scaling & mentoring team
- Should have good connect in Salesforce community
- Must have Salesforce certifications
- Should have strong expertise on Cloud
- Should have experience with various industry cloud apps built on Salesforce
