Job Title - Senior Salesforce Consultant
About the Role :
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant who has the passion to deliver the best quality to the clients and contribute to the development of the service capability of the company.
Key Accountabilities & Desired Skillset :
- 6-7 years of Salesforce Implementation experience preferred (4 minimum ends to end cycle on Sales, Service, Marketing)
- Required Certifications
a) Salesforce Platform Developer 1
b) Salesforce Administrator
c) Salesforce Sales Cloud
d) Salesforce Service Cloud
- The candidate will be taking the lead in the implementation and design specification of ongoing projects.
- In this opportunity, you will get to work directly with various departments to fully understand and represent their needs and requirements with Salesforce
- Very good understanding of business process around manufacturing industries
- Contribute to every phase of the project lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and supporting
- Lead projects through requirements definition and solution design phases
- Write well designed, testable, efficient, reusable code
- Understanding of object-oriented concepts, abstraction/inheritance, as well as experience with object-oriented languages
- Strong Integration experience specifically developing and consuming REST and SOAP Services.
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
- Excellent understanding of Apex and Visualforce
- Excellent understanding of Lightning Framework
- Any Advanced certification (Advance Admin, Developer II etc.) is preferred
- Ability to drive and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Manage Scope & Expectation of team members and client
- Coaching the team members for best practices
