Required Skills :
- SFDC, APEX, Lighting & Trigger
- Must have competency in Javascript
- Must have good work experience in Reports and Dashboards. Experience in developing custom Reports/Dashboards.
- Knowledge in SFDC configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Web services, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com application from scratch.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com web services, WSDL and other Integration aspects is desirable.
- Good communication skills. Must be able to manage interactions with various stakeholders across multiple countries.
- Experience with min 8+ years of hands-on experience in the Salesforce.com application.
- Must be willing to work in Salesforce.com application Support projects.
- Experience in Salesforce Lightning Components.
- Act as a point of escalation for Service Desk and NOC ticketing for advanced issue resolution.
