Job Description :
A Technical Lead needs to conduct the following responsibilities at work:
- Perform thorough analysis by understanding business/functional needs of the project and correlating it on individual task levels
- Discuss the approach with TM or an onshore TA and finalize the ETAs
- Ensure DevOps processes is followed across the team
- Facilitate proactive communication with project/product teams
- Facilitate learning & development for self and the
- Exhibit good interpersonal skills by being a team player, staying approachable and collaborative
Required skills/qualifications:
- Minimum 6.5 year experience with Salesforce development.
- Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification
- Working experience with Apex, Lightning and REST API
- Good in communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum Bachelor's or Equivalent Degree in Computers
Good to have:
- Experience working with US based/headquartered companies
- Work Experience in Healthcare & Insurance Industry.
