Job Description

- Plan and Lead data cleanup and migration activities for Salesforce.com and NetSuite data

- Lead system-wide testing, upgrading and fixing of custom code in the NetSuite Platform

- Collaborate with end-users to analyze and determine day-to-day business needs in order to assist in business process facilitation and automation

- Document requirements and collaborate with the project team to support the development and design of custom software application

- Develop and document a detailed suite of test cases to be used during Release Preview and Functional System upgrade and regression testing

- Conduct Quality Assurance, test, and support in-house integrations and interfaces with external systems for reporting and sales

- Train users on effective and efficient use of CRM and ERP software

- Experience with APIs, Integrations and automated testing to support deep functional, integration and performance testing

- Prior experience working with CRM and/or ERP technologies (e.g. Oracle, SAP, Salesforce) supporting mission critical Quote to Cash processes in a High-Tech environment

- Prior experience working with NetSuite (e.g. SuiteScript) and/or SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA)

- Exposure to NetSuite integrations to 3rd party applications and APIs

- Experience writing automated test scripts

- Strong attention to detail producing quality test plans, scripts, execution results and an ongoing repository for regression testing

- Experience tracking and reporting key test metrics to management (e.g. script authoring, execution, defects)

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems or related discipline or equivalent experience

- Ability to design, plan, build and execute test processes based on loosely defined business requirements

- 5 years+ experience testing and supporting the implementation and continued maintenance of NetSuite based business solutions

- Experience with the following NetSuite Modules: Accounting, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Advanced Inventory Management, Project Management, Assembly/Bill of Materials

- An ability to understand complex systems architecture and QA fits in to the overall strategy.

- Software configuration management experience

- Understanding of SDLC best practices, tools, and processes

Desired Qualifications :

- 4 years+ experience testing and supporting the implementation and continued maintenance of Salesforce.com based business solutions

- Experience with Celigo Saleforce.com-to-NetSuite connector testing

- Advanced Salesforce.com or NetSuite administration or development abilities

- Experience with programming languages including Java, Python and JavaScript

- Use of Database systems MYSQL

Experience :

- Net-suite admin: 1 year (Required)

- Salesforce and Net Suite data cleanup & migration activities: 2 years (Required)
