Job Description :
Contract Developer will join the Global CRM/CPQ Team as an individual contributor to support the CRM applications for the Field Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Sales Management, Product Management, Legal, and Finance business functions.
The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the Quote to Cash process with advance experience in complex projects and configurations, scripting languages, and is able to work independently once provided direction and objectives.
This role will be working with the Business users and IT team members to configure, design, and deliver solutions that enable sales automated processes and support the execution of Customer Relationship Management strategies.
Minimum Requirements :
- Bachelors degree or equivalent industry experience in healthcare, business, computer science, education, or other relevant field.
- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years of cloud application experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Java and other scripting language experience. BML experience desirable.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Deep understanding of CRM and Q2C process.
- Detailed understanding of and experience with Salesforce.com CRM as well as other cloud applications such as BigMachines. Production and sandbox design and development experience is required; prefer experience configuring and supporting other Salesforce.com AppExchange applications.
- Experience having worked functionally across the organization to ensure global alignment on the use and impact of any changes in Salesforce and supporting systems.
- Understands system infrastructure, and master data models. Experienced in migration of design and data elements from sandbox to production.
- Experience implementing WebService SOAP calls in Oracle CPQ (BigMachines) to handle unique or complex requirements
- Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall software development methodology.
- A Certificate in any of the following is a plus: Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Salesforce.com, Bigmachines.
