- Interact with the US team

- Design the solution and document it [include designing Data structure, defining various users and their roles, Use case diagrams, flow diagrams, UI mock-up sketch- s]as per the salesforce std.

- List out all external services need to integrated into the system and their possible challenges and alternates for those services

- Create the implementation plan (divide the whole delivery into phase from phase 0 to n, define milestones and challenges, show week wise process on phase)

- Present the prototype to client
