Must-Have :

- Overall 6+ years of techno-functional work experience in Salesforce, working experience with business, articulate the problem statement to solution/ approach

- 6+ years of functional work experience in Salesforce.com administration and customization, implementation of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apttus CPQ

- Experience with Salesforce APEX code and triggers, APIs, production deployment using ANT, Force.com IDE, etc.

- Experience to build and modify Salesforce.com Reports and Dashboards in Classic and Lightning UI.

- High-Level proficiency in Salesforce.com administrative tasks such as creating user profiles, roles, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, reports, and dashboards

- Experience with data management and relational database design and familiarity with data formats, table joins, and ETL

- Able to demonstrate business process knowledge at an Enterprise level

- Detail-oriented, organized and demonstrated ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly, while maintaining control with limited supervision

- Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, focus on business issues, and articulate solution/ approach.

- Excellent research and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage parallel projects, and meet deadlines

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-

Certifications : Apttus Certified CPQ Administrator

- Experience with Agile Methodology and sprint cycles.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Techno-Functional Individual technical contributor to Project/ s work with business and technical team

- Serve as a key Techno-Functional expert on complex and/or critical business issues and processes with emphasis on Apttus,Salesforce.com (Apttus, Sales, and Services support processes)

- Should be able to directly work with business users in various time zones in APAC, EMEA regions, and also in EST and PST time zones and understand the business requirements and ask the required questions.

- Should be flexible enough to work in overlap-time with onsite (in PST) IT Business Analyst team to help document the business requirements and provide the estimated effort to achieve them.

- Respond to Production Support Tickets/Requests as per SLAs and troubleshoot issues while documenting the resolution for future reference.

- Perform analysis, administration, troubleshooting, testing, software, and data environment refreshes as needed

- Create/change page layouts, metadata, fields, profiles, and business rules (validations and workflow) to support business requirements.

- Package and deploy software changes to all environments (development, testing, production)

- Demonstrate ability to influence business teams on maximizing the applications being developed leveraging the best solutions

- Document system configurations and change management

- Actively in delivering the right, scalable, and robust solution, customer-orientated including high CSAT, work in a team as a team member.

- Responsible for deliverable including analysis, design/ approach, implementation using salesforce best practices, execution best practices, communication, documentation
