Williams Lea Tag - Veeva Developer - Node.js/Javascript (5-13 yrs) (Williams Lea Tag)

Role Overview:

As a lead, ideal candidate is expected to support the team troubleshooting any technical challenges associated with Veeva eDetail, Field Triggered Emails and Engage deliverables. Need to be hands-on with deeper expertise managing the Agency and Client Sandbox for handling deliveries and troubleshoot with required configuration setups. Good command on CRM like Veeva CRM, CLM, Rep Triggered emails and implementation experience on Veeva CRM

The primary responsibilities of the role are:

- 4+ years of experience as a frontend developer

- At least 2+ years of experience in providing technical solutions, assisting larger development teams delivering eDetails, Approved Emails, Veeva Engage related deliverable.

- Must have hands-on experience in HTML 5, JavaScript, jQuery, React, Angular JS, Java, Webpack, Node.js programming languages.

- To be responsible for providing technical guidance/solutions in the development areas of Veeva CLM, Email and Web deliveries

- Troubleshoot issues reported and identify the root cause

- Perform Impact analysis. Must able to do perform configuration and customization tasks

- Perform Code Review and Code Optimization

- Develop and Implement components of solutions and cultivate the culture of reusability with technical engineers.

Additional Information :

- Veeva CRM configuration experience with knowledge on Account-Territory Management, Call Reporting, CLM, Approved Emails, Engage, Sample Management and Surveys

- Knowledge on Salesforce Workflows, Validations, Approval Process, Security Model, Data Model, should have worked on Customization of Apex, Visual Force, Triggers, Batch and Schedule Apex jobs

- Should have Hands on experience with Data loader or other migration tools

- Should able understand existing code and fix Veeva issues

- Exposure to other CLMs/Tools specific to eDetail like IQVIA, eWizard, Agnitio will be an added advantage

- Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions

- You will responsible to troubleshoot & find solutions, develop POCs and work on critical assignments
