Job Responsibilities and Requirements :
- SFDC Lead having Experience in Designing, Development, Testing and Deploying Salesforce applications. Should be able to lead SFDC team and coordinate between customer and offshore team. Ability to design and implement new business processes leveraging and integrating across applications like Salesforce etc.
- Expertise in Salesforce.com CRM SFA, Force.com, Apex Classes, Apex triggers, Visual force. Strong ability to gather, understand and translate business requirements into working solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong client focus and professional demeanor. Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Experience in SFDC Integration using REST and SOAP API.
- Experience in SFDC Lightning, LWC
- Experience in customizing standard objects, creating Roles & profiles and configured the permissions based on the organizational hierarchy. Designed Custom Formula Fields, Validation Rules, Field Dependencies, Workflows, Approval Processes, Page layouts and Search layout
- Provide governance and best practices/ standards supporting the platform adoption and full application lifecycle (design, development, change control, UAT, deployment and support).
- Work closely with business and IT leaders to provide technical solutions (including out of box" solutions) to complex business needs.
- Research, recommend and implement AppExchange applications and Salesforce upgrades to help meet business needs.
- Provide Salesforce technical leadership for team of developers, admins and analysts.
- Document current and future state processes and develops technical specifications for projects and enhancements.
- Collaborate with project managers to Identify project milestones, tasks, and required resources to develop a detailed project plan.
- Lead the design of technical end to end solution for business processes using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Force.com platform.
- Experience in Batch Processing (Batch Apex) with scheduling (Manual & Automated) Extensive experience in writing Test classes and Test Coverage for all the apex classes designed.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Salesforce architecture and governor limits and Salesforce integration components (APIs, APEX, Visual Force, SOQL and web services). Knowledge of other integration technologies is highly desired.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce application including configuration, triggers, process builders, workflows, Visual Force, APEX coding, batch processes and, database design.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce data model, custom objects, Visual Force pages, workflows, and configuration.
- Strong presentation and facilitating skills.
- Experience with FLosum, GitHub is desired.
