Job Description :
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Financial force PSA, APEX, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, and SOQL is preferred
- Advanced knowledge in analysis of business process, workflow and modeling
- Experience with accounting, financial, billing and/or other ERP systems and expertise improving/automating accounting and finance business processes
- Proactively engage customers and their orgs and be aware of SFDC updates that impact them.
- Customizes salesforce feature release summary to be customer org specific
- Go to resource for org specific technical Q/A
- Reviews all enhancement code before it is deployed
- Assists case/story engineers with any technical questions or concerns they may have that are specific to a particular org.
- Serves as the onshore technical liaison between customer and offshore teams (this does not mean they handle all communication)
- Attends status calls to provide technical representation.
- Ensures common tasks & feature functionality is documented for reuse internal
- Periodically reviews error logs to determine if any patterns are present
