Product Engineer - Salesforce Development (2-5 yrs) (TachyonHR)

Job Title: Product Engineer (Salesforce)

Hiring for Full-Time Role at a Start-Up with 3 products on Salesforce AppExchange

Eligibility :

- BE/BTech, ME/MTech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT

- 2 - 5 yrs experience in Salesforce Development

- Strong desire to work across a broad domain of technologies

- Openness to working in a start-up environment

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Develop an application on Force.com platform (listed on Salesforce AppExchange)

- Take ownership of all aspects of engineering - frontend, backend, build and deploy

- Work directly with product owners to understand features and their scope, as a part of a small self-managed development team with no typical project management overheads

- Solve problems and challenges daily

- Share opinions and insights to influence rapid decision cycles and present effective technical solutions to business requirements

Required Skills :

- Proven 3-5 years Force.com application development experience

(preferably Sales Cloud)

- Visualforce Pages, Apex classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Apex Data Loader, Apex Web services (SOAP/REST) and Salesforce APIs

- Advanced Salesforce Administration & Configuration skills including but not limited to Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Advanced Salesforce Security (FLS, OWD, Hierarchies), Salesforce Sharing, Page Layouts, etc.

- Experience with Lightning environment, including developing Lightning components and procuring - Lightning Ready- tag.

- Experience with Security Review process is highly preferable.

- Proven experience in developing dynamic highly functional Web pages using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript with frameworks such as Angular/React/Vue and others

- Experience in resolving cross-browser presentation issues

- Experience with version control systems - Git, Subversion

- Self-driven, self-motivated with problem-solving skills and an eye for detail

- Great communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with team members at all levels and departments within the organization.

- Two remote shortlisting interview rounds by Client

- The final round for fitment by Client
