Senior Analyst - Salesforce /CRM Operations (3-6 yrs) (Sar Consultant)

Job Description :


- Support lead to opportunity processes in Salesforce (classic UI) and SAP CRM.


- Assist with database maintenance activities related to CRM/Salesforce integration including error troubleshooting and resolution.

- Ensure data consistency and cleanliness between SAP CRM and Salesforce.

- Perform database cleanup projects as needed.

- Analyze data and build custom Salesforce reports to evaluate data integration accuracy and database cleanliness.

- Provide testing support for new functionality relating to lead to opportunity processes in Salesforce and SAP CRM.

- Work closely with functional leads and subject matter experts on testing and rolling out enhancements.

- Develop, evaluate and execute test cases.

- Assist in training and support of users and help to grow Salesforce.com skill set across the organization.

- Participate in special projects and take on special assignments as needed

- Work under tight deadlines; work extended hours as per the requirements

Required skills :


- Active Salesforce admin certification required.

- 2+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud experience (utilizing classic UI)

- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, functionality and best practices.

- Working knowledge of SAP CRM.

- Demonstrated outstanding customer service experience or prior Business support experience

- 4+ years of Operations and administration experience

- 4+ years in a business systems analyst or equivalent role working with complex support functions and projects

- Strong data management, analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

- Dependable, motivated, with the ability to work with minimum supervision

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
