Salesforce Developer - nCino Framework (4-10 yrs) (Codersbrain)

Required :-

- 4+ years of SFDC experience. Overall 7+ IT experience.

- Should have strong technical skills in SFDC to provide solutions

- Good hands on Salesforce Configuration and Customization (Visual Force Pages / Apex / Test Classes) is must.

- Implementation experience using Sales/Service Cloud.

- Should have good understanding and working knowledge in Managed packages

- Good Hands on experience with nCino Managed package.

- Good understanding of nCino Framework and Platform Data Model.

- Hands on experience in nCino UI Framework (Ex: Groups UI, Route Groups, Route etc.).

- Good understanding of Loan Life cycle in nCino.

- Hands on experience in nCino Administration.

- Hands on experience witn nCino Customer Portal.

- Should have working experience in code packaging and deployment across the environments using tools like Ant etc.

- Hands on experience in Salesforce Integration experience is an added advantage.

- Hands on experience in Salesforce LDS is an added advantage.

- Ability to address security complexities, and design solution aligning with SFDC security models.

- Maintain a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system to understand cross functional impacts with regard to configuration, process, workflow and reporting

- Lead user requirement sessions and document user requirements to address changing business needs

- Perform routine review of code, configuration, data, and usage to ensure long term viability, integrity, and adoption

- Plan and estimate design, develop and execute automated processes to create, condition, sanitize, provision and refresh data by using like Flows etc.

- Experience in working with SLDS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery/Angular

- Good experience with proposal activities like RFI/RFP analysis, RAID analysis, resource and effort estimation for SFDC projects.

- Strong in project management and pertain more to agile methodologies

- Should be PD1 certified Developer and at least have Sales or Service cloud certification.

Additional desired skills :-

- Demonstrated understanding of Banking Products and Services.

- Demonstrated understanding of Business Process and Workflows for Deposit and Lending products and services.

- Working knowledge in at-least any Object Oriented programming like Java.

- Responsible for evaluation, testing, and successful implementation of modifications and upgrades in Salesforce

- Review releases from Salesforce.com/Managed package Apps on regular basis to determine new features that are appropriate for end users

- Define and develop and follow best practices in salesforce

- Able to handle data management inclusive of data load, data translation, data hygiene, data migration and integration.

- Proven ability to look at technical processes from a strategic standpoint and understand the inter-relationships.

- Recommend to team members or customers the appropriate and optimal use/configuration of a custom build solution.

- Should be process oriented and be strong in SDLC

- Must be able to think independently and creatively.

- Strong communication skills and also negotiation skills, conflict resolution

- Certified as Scrum Master
