Salesforce QA Engineer - Manual/Automation Testing (2-4 yrs) (TachyonHR)

Job Title : Salesforce QA Engineer

Location : Kalyani Nagar, Pune

Hiring for Full-Time Role at a Start-Up with 3 products on Salesforce AppExchange

NOTE : Immediate/early joiners preferred

Eligibility :

- BE/BTech, ME/MTech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT

- Certification/Training in Salesforce

- Openness to working in a start-up environment

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Apply in-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform & product functionality to establish best test plans, test cases & coverage to ensure high quality deliveries

- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases

- Implement test plans, automation, and validation strategies

- Report critical QA metrics timely

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to reduce repetitive manual testing

- Work closely with software developers and business analysts to resolve issues

- Work as product expert & assist partner teams/groups on products technical / functional front

- Assist in customer issues / escalation when required

Required Skills :

- 2-4 years of experience in Salesforce related testing (product / customization etc).

- Must have a deep understanding of Salesforce concepts, security model (OWD, Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, FLS, Sharing, Sharing Rules etc), administration, configuration, deployment (change sets) and automation means (triggers, workflows, process, flows, etc)

- Experience around Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) and Salesforce CRM, Opportunities and Leads

- Strong Knowledge of Salesforce Architecture

- Hands on experience of working with Salesforce integrated products and Data Loader.

- Experience around Salesforce - Service Cloud, Sales Cloud

- Working knowledge of triggers, workflows, validation rules, configuration and Apex data loader

- Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, procedures & testing techniques.

Nice to have :

- Knowledge on Salesforce REST APIs

- Huge plus - Experience in installing and configuring AppExchange managed packages
