Job Description

Environment Management CI/CD

1. Create and manage environments and branches for SAT and higher environments (salesforce and MuleSoft) as shared by dev Ops lead

2. Manage the CI/CD Pipelines in Azure dev Ops and perform deployment using the pipelines

3. Data Loads across environments in Salesforce

4. API Management and Run time management in MuleSoft

5. set and manage User Access policies

6. Create audit reports and dashboards in salesforce

7. Automation scripts in salesforce and MuleSoft

Release Management

1. Create the release calendar and work closely with environment management team to ensure that release go on time

2. Run security scans for SAST, DAST and PEN test for all the releases

3. Coordinate with the teams for PMT cases and execution

4. Maintain run books across releases

5. Perform refreshes and post refresh activities.

6. Review and impact of salesforce releases.

7. Automation scripts in salesforce and MuleSoft
