Job Description:

- Coordinating overall oversight of technical effort, bug fixes, minor enhancements, delivery, look into incoming change requests, support requests for gCRM and global reporting

- Lead development teams and software development projects to deliver high quality software on time with expected scope and budget.

- Work with Product Owners and Stakeholders to define technical options and translate business requirements into technical design and execution plans

- Deliver an exceptional customer and user experience by engaging with team.

- Help to define a vision and technical roadmap for the team with product leadership

- Take responsibility for architecture, test automation, and quality.

- Responsible for providing hands on expert level assistance to developers for technical issues.

- Create technical POCs solution demos

- Contribute in scoping, estimating and proposing of technical solutions

- Demonstrate project development mastery with the expertise on Salesforce CRM Force.com platform.

- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (out of the box features, customization patterns).

- Use the knowledge of Salesforce products to refine the solution strategy.

- Mentoring the Application Development Team with the knowledge on latest Salesforce features releases.

Skills Required:

- Experience with good exposure to SDLC processes

- Years of Experience Level of Expertise Technical Lead experience on implementation projects using Agile and Iterative approach Understanding of Salesforce Data Modelling, Security Model, Declarative Customization approach.

- Good understanding and implementation experience on Apex Classes/Triggers/Managed Packages/Metadata.

- Conduct Code Review of the Team Members.

- Supervisory experience on Salesforce Release Regression Testing and Maintenance Understanding customer req, Analysis and Estimation, Design, Code, Deployment and Post Deployment support

- Handson experience on Lightning Aura or LWC Development API External Integrations REST/SOAP APIs and experience building integrations with Salesforce.com

- Experience with Release Management Experience in using CI CD
