Salesforce Support Engineer - Informatica/MDM (2-5 yrs) (Hexaconcepts)

Client :

A leading player in the Healthcare analytics area, they have operations spread across different countries. Together with their clients, they enable a more modern, effective and efficient healthcare system, creating solutions to transform business and patient outcomes.

Position : Salesforce Support

Location : Kochi (Looking for candidates in Kochi only)

Experience : 2yr - 5yr

Joining : Immediate to 30 days (If notice period>30 days, it may not be considered)

Requirements (Must have)

1. Perform data & application management as part of service operations in a fast paced environment

2. Open for 24x7 rotational shifts

3. Good knowledge and experience in database technologies

4. Experience of working on automation or process improvement projects

5. Experience on SFDC, Informatica, Reltio or other MDM technologies, Oracle, DB Azure

6. Knowledge of scripting and experience with performance tuning

7. Strong analytical and problem solving ability

8. Should be proactive and have a desire to learn

9. Adhere to processes and defined SLAs in respective individual service areas

10. Should be able to learn and move around technologies

11. Good oral and written communication skills
