Job Description :
- 10+ years of Integration delivery experience with at least 4 full cycle Integration implementations and 1 full life cycle experience of delivering hybrid integrations with cloud connectors.
- At least 1 or 2 full cycle experience of Integration Transformations programs enabling microservices and API based architecture
- 5+ years of architect integrations with SaaS/PaaS/cloud connectors with best in breed providers like SAP, Infor, Salesforce, Workday, Informatica, Amazon Web Services, Azure and other similar CSPs.
- Experience in establishing agile Integration governance models, processes and documenting Integration development standards and enable CI, CD processes and tools.
- Experienced in managing or delivering extensive and loosely coupled integration patters .
- Subject matter expert and advisor in regards to service design, analysis /process design, technical implementation when applied to REST, SOAP, oDATA, API, ESB, ETL or Streaming technologies
- Should have experience in Kafka
- Experience in Maintaining and manage the Enterprise Integration Systems application portfolio including Mule soft, SAP PO, Sterling EDI, ETL.
- Experience with design, development and deployment of Enterprise Integration Services to support our application portfolio
- Experience with systems implementation and/or process transformation.
- Provide effective leadership to the project team ensuring that team members are motivated and developing their skills and experience.
- A - Project Management- mindset for working in a high paced - Design, Build, Test, Implement- environment. Conversant with DevOps model.
- Basic understanding on managing/activating/validating of SAP Services / Integration patterns.
- Previous experience on project teams with a proven ability to work under time constraints while meeting critical milestones
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Management of 10 - 15 Internal offshore team
- Work activities and distribution.
- 75% - Team Leadership: Manage day-to-day team activities
- 15% - Business Relationship Management: Partner with key Executive and Director level leaders.
- 10% - Incident and Request escalation.
EDUCATION : Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science or commensurate experience.
SKILLS :
- Strong product knowledge (Mulesoft, SAP PO and any integration tools)
- Experience in Kafka
- Must be a team player, must be able to work with colleagues globally in a diverse environment, up and down management and with peers from different backgrounds.
- Strong IT skills - general computing and office software skills, networking knowledge, security, familiarity with mobile frameworks and web frameworks .
- Some experience with cloud solutions, DevOps models, ITIL, project management
