- Minimum 4-8 years Veeva CRM technical operations experience

- Minimum 4-10 years Veeva VAULT technical operations experience

Detailed JD - (Roles and Responsibilities) :

- Utilize Technical and functional expertise to work on any Veeva Vault Product - as IMS/QDocs/QMS/Medcomms/Promomats

- To get aligned and utilize Working knowledge of Veeva Vault customization, custom integrations, Object flows and document flows

- Should Participate in requirements gathering efforts (Business Process/Functional and Technical Specifications) for the Veeva Vault application

- Should be a good team player and work with offshore and onsite team. Required to lead a team at Infosys and client location

- Should be able to communicate with cross functional teams.

- And support as the technical and functional expert on the Veeva CRM /Salesforce platform, Vault Loader and Vault API's.

Mandatory skills :

- Experience in supporting Veeva CRM on iPad platform

- Should have very strong knowledge in Veeva CRM- CLM/Approved email module

- Working knowledge of Custom Objects, Alignments, Account Maintenance, User Profile Management/ hierarchies, Sampling, Surveys, reporting and Veeva data loader.

- Minimum 4-8 years Veeva CRM technical operations experience

- Should be a good team player and work with offshore and onsite team. Required to lead a team at Infosys and client location.

- Minimum 4-10 years Veeva VAULT technical operations experience

- Technical and functional expert on any Veeva Vault Product - RIMS/QDocs/QMS/Medcomms/Promomats

- Working knowledge on Vault Loader and Vault API's.

- Participate in requirements gathering efforts (Business Process/Functional and Technical Specifications) for the Veeva Vault application

Desired skills :
