Job description

- Setting up contact center operations and management of the systems and network

- Setting up PRI, MPLS lines, Telephony, etc

- Ensure effective and efficient desktops / laptops / thin clients and related peripheral management.

- Manage all the IT assets of the organization other than network and server equipment

- Supervise all software licensing aspects - Zendesk, Salesforce

- Supervise perimetric security (firewall administration, VPN, etc) on an ongoing basis and suggest up gradations as and when required.

- Co-ordinate with clients & vendors for technology upgrades and/or connectivity issues/upgrades.

- Co-ordinate with business for new requirements and provide cost effective solutions.

- Effectively and efficiently manage projects- end to end (from planning a project to seeing that it is completed successfully).

- Suggest cost effective measures so as to adhere to IT budgets

Candidate should have :

- Experience in setting up contact center operations

- Experience in setting up PRI, MPLS lines, Telephony, etc

- Candidate should have worked with leading technologies in telephony and CRM integration

- Candidate should be well versed with TRAI regulations and OSP registration requirements

- Candidate should have managed IT assets ( Laptop, Windows, Mac, Network, Internet)

- Experience in Vendor management, licensing negotiation
