Automation Test Engineer - Selenium (3-7 yrs) (Emblaze)

Responsibilities :

- Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.

- Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.

- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).

- Responsible for a successful product launch.

- Define testing strategies to ensure the product being released is up to industry and company standards.

- Identify areas where improvement can be made.

- Evaluate product code according to specifications.

- Create logs to document testing phases and defects.

- Report bugs and errors to development teams.

- Help troubleshoot issues.

- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements :

- 3-7 years proven experience as a Software QA Tester.

- Solid Experience in project management and QA methodology (Manual & Automated testing experience).

- Extremely Detail oriented.

- System Testing, Acceptance testing, UI testing, Regression, Performance & Load testing.

. Experience testing (manual & automation) Salesforce Projects using Agile Scrum methodology.

- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.

- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.

- Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. Practitest, HP ALM/Quality Center).

. Working experience using automation tools (e.g. Provar, Selenium).

. Experience with project management software JIRA a plus.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.

- Strong organizational skills.
