Position: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

Work location: Work From Home or Mumbai (Lower Parel)

Shift Timings: Rotational between afternoon and night

Minimum working hours - 8.5 hours (On call support availability on weekends and outside

work hours is required) - Appointing team members on call support is also on rotation

Required Qualifications:

- Good Knowledge of end to end flow for Salesforce Marketing Cloud

- Minimum 3 years of experience working on Salesforce Marketing cloud

- Excellent communication skills and proficient on work ethics

- Candidate should have Salesforce technical experience too

- Salesforce certifications preferred

- Technical degree preferred

Role and responsibilities:

- Conduct various internal stakeholders workshops and document/ sign off the business requirements for the best configuration solutions, keep records of your findings and document other stages - from solutions and impacts to alternatives and final decisions

- Collaborate with other teams to better manage work streams, either as a peer or in a supervisory role

- Engage across all work streams - technical, reports, and change management

- Contribute new products, workflows and ideas to influence the project

- Get creative designing, prototyping and building Salesforce systems along with developers

- Keep Salesforce running smoothly by testing and adjusting as needed, the documenting fixes. Performed & lead user acceptance testing for any change in Org.

- Help your business and team stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices

- Identify risks that threaten project success and recommend work-arounds.
