Cymetrix Software - Salesforce Release Management Consultant - Integration Projects (3-10 yrs) (Cymetrix Software)

Position: Release Management - Salesforce

Work location: Work From Home or Mumbai (Lower Parel)

Shift Timings: Rotational shift between afternoon Shift 2:00pm to 10:30pm and night - 10:00pm to 6:30am

Minimum working hours - 8.5 hours (On call support availability on weekends and outside work hours is required) - Appointing team members on call support is also on rotation

Required Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience working on Salesforce.com application

- Proven experience with release management tools like Bitbucket, Bamboo, Source Tree

- Minimum 2 years of Salesforce release management experience

- Excellent communication skills and proficient on work ethics

- Candidate should have Salesforce technical experience too

- Salesforce certifications preferred

- Technical degree preferred

- Readiness to work in afternoon shift 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm/2:00 pm to 10:30 pm

Role and responsibilities:

- Manage Sales/Service/Marketing application and Force projects on the SFDC platform

- Define release readiness criteria and ensure all changes meet criteria prior to deployment

- Work with developers to properly resolve merge conflicts, deployment errors and meet code coverage criteria

- Set up, monitor and maintain all Salesforce. com sandboxes, including creating and synchronizing sandbox metadata and appropriate data sets

- Complete release management process

- Ensure platform performance and quality for both the above projects

- Enhance the two projects for their next phases

- Respond to tickets to fix bugs and implement changes

- Perform configuration changes using Salesforce lightening

- Implement platform customizations

- Development in both Salesforce classic and lightning

- Be responsible and accountable for the projects, and work independently to fulfil their requirements

- Submit status reports and be on calls as required

- Write up appropriate documentation when required

- Assist in design and implementation of other SFDC projects
