WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS ROLE :

- Strong experience and fundamental knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- Ability to develop and modify responsive email templates while providing mobile-friendly design and employing best practices for email layouts and formatting in Marketing Cloud.

- Experience developing dynamic reports and dashboards in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other Salesforce tools such as Analytics Studio.

- Development on all the SFMC modules Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Contact Builder, Content Builder, Web Studio, Social Studio, Advertising Studio, Audience Builder, Personalization Builder, Analytics Builder, Interaction Studio, Salesforce Einstein, APIs, etc.

- Development of Amp Script, SQL and SSJS are a must-have. UI development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery - Integration with Salesforce and other external applications

- High level of commitment to client satisfaction and agility

- Collaborate with others and build positive working relationships

- Possess a strong work ethic

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Analyzing the project's requirements and the ability to convert said requirements into successful campaign execution.

- Implementing design methodologies and tool sets

- Writing well-designed, defect free code which scales well and follows all best practices and guidelines

- Executing the development of software with a strong focus on the security, performance, and robustness

- Conducting deep level analysis to identify root cause to systematically resolve issues

- Following all defined software configuration management best practices

- Reviewing code to identify issues as well as deviations from best practices

- Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
