Position: Salesforce Techno Functional Consultant (Developer + Admin)
Location: Work From Home or Mumbai (Lower Parel)
Experience: 3+ years
Shift: Afternoon 2:00pm to 10:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Sales/Service/Marketing application and Force projects on the SFDC platform
- Ensure platform performance and quality for both the above projects
- Enhance the two projects for their next phases
- Respond to tickets to fix bugs and implement changes
- Perform configuration changes using Salesforce lightening
- Implement platform customizations
- Development in both Salesforce classic and lightning
- Be responsible and accountable for the projects, and work independently to fulfil their requirements
- Submit status reports and be on calls as required
- Write up appropriate documentation when required
- Assist in design and implementation of other SFDC projects
- Readiness to work in afternoon shift
Required Qualifications:
- Technical degree
- 3-5 years of professional experience on Salesforce administration and development
- Proficiency in relational database concepts and SQL
- Familiarity with ITIL practices including change control
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Initiative, resourcefulness and the ability to work in a fast-paced and flexible team environment
