AVP - Finance System Implementation & Management (13-17 yrs) (Dentsu Aegis Network India Pvt Ltd)

Role overview:

The AVP will lead service management for multiple platforms/services including development and Testing Centre of Excellence (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce). He/ she will be expected to interface between markets (end users), the central platform team and the outsource partners to implement projects. The resource must have good client facing, customer relationship, and project management skills.

The ideal candidate will be both a self-starter and effective collaborator, having a deep background in ERP systems application development processes, showing strong interest in systems and process improvement, product knowledge with excellent technical, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as good written and oral communication skills.

He/she will interface with the key stakeholders and business users to implement the programmes and related priorities. This will include transition of services to offshore captive centre, maintenance and service delivery management of all determined IT services per agreed KPIs.

Key activities this role will be focussing on are as follows:

- Manage the Technology Centre of Excellence for Microsoft Dynamics 365 including both Manual and Automation Testing

- Manage the end to end cycle from Change Request, Design, Develop, Test, Deploy to Production Validation. Oversee interactions between with the Market, Solution Team or Functional Lead to understand Functional Design and Test Scenarios

- Build strong relationships with Global Process Teams, Operational/Commercial Finance leaders and Business Support Analysts to inspire confidence and enable the implementation of the vision and plan of the Finance Transformation programme

- Coordinate the Test workloads to successful release to E2E, UAT and Production

- Mange the Salesforce Development team

- Understand the information needs of the users, structure reports and provide detailed analysis. Translate business needs into technical requirements and implement solution.

- Build and maintain strong working relationship with Global Platform Team

- Implement Governance model of Global Platform Team

- Liaison with Technology Team to ensure technical specifications are validated and approved

- Support in developing business forecasts, statistical models, performance scores, business rules and help improve business numbers.

- Engage with stakeholders (globally & locally) to sign off on the specification and delivery methods.

- Work closely with leadership and HR to recruit appropriately skilled staff for Testing and Salesforce teams
