Financialforce/Salesforce Technical Consultant Opportunity With Experience In Financialforce Accounting/Salesforce, Psa, Revenue Mgmt, Gridbuddy And Mktg Cloud (Sugar CRM)
Key Accountabilities :
- Understand business rules/process and then create detailed, specific and comprehensive documentation for implementation in systems like Salesforce Sales Cloud, Financial Force, Marketing Cloud and other integrated systems.
- Independently design & develop technical solutions to various business use cases (user stories).
- Establish effective working relationships directly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Seek out ways to utilize Salesforce to improve processes, productivity and build scalable solutions.
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, reports and dashboards.
- Design and optimize user interfaces using Visual force pages.
- Develop and maintain validation rules and custom workflow rules.
- Develop lightning components and integrate the components in the application.
- End to End Development Activities.
- Drive resolution of all issues that come up during phase.
- Provide ongoing code-level maintenance and support.
- Create design and technical specification documentation.
- Adopts Lean and Agile principles to work collaboratively with others to refine and release the Salesforce and FinancialForce product while considering the overall system architecture and the bigger picture in terms of the potential impact on other areas of the system.
- Provide input to various scrum ceremonies like Sprint Grooming, planning, retrospectives and daily stand-ups.
Required Skills :
- Experience designing and building product features in the SFDC platform.
- Experience designing, building, and enhancing features on the FinancialForce platform on Accounting, PSA and Revenue Management.
- Demonstrated understanding of and experience with Salesforce.com architecture and API.
- Proficient understanding of lightning component development.
- Experienced in writing and debugging Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Integration, Visual force and Force.com API.
- Extensive experience in data migration and integration to and from Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and data modeling including Salesforce.com SOQL, SOSL query language
- Experience using the Force.com data loader and handling data migration assignments. Proficiency in Java, SOAP, REST services.
- Experience creating API's or calling API's & hands-on extensive Apex programming.
- Experience in using the Admin features of salesforce for data security & controls.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agile development environment.
- Passion for measuring and improving code.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, multitasking and presentation skills.
- Ability to solve problems and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Effective technical writing and diagramming skills.

- Well organized with good time management skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
Experience :
- 5 years of experience in Force.com, Visual force and the Apex programming language (Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform Developer II certifications preferred).
- 3 years of experience in Salesforce.com configuration & customization including and not limited to workflows, data validations & triggers.
- Domain level/ Implementation experience over FinancialForce Accounting, Revenue Recognition and Professional Services Automation.
- Previous experience working with a service organization such as a contract research organization would be preferred.
Education :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a field related.
- Any Salesforce qualification would be an advantage.
Note : Candidates from Bangalore preferred.
