Over the past 7 years, Caspian Debt has provided debt finance of about INR 16 Bn to more than 140 small and medium corporate entities across several high impact sectors like food & agribusiness, financial inclusion, healthcare, clean energy, education, drinking water, etc. Caspian Debt takes an investment approach to lending.
Our loan ticket sizes range between INR 10-200 million. Job Purpose/Description :
The Salesforce Sr. Associate or Manager will be responsible for driving ongoing feature enhancements and support of our Enterprise Salesforce CRM to align with and support evolving business needs. The candidate will work closely with business teams to ensure business requirements and priorities are well documented. He/she will collaborate closely with the Engineering and Integrations team to develop the roadmap, define, design and deliver robust and innovative and operationally efficient solutions
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Engage with business stakeholders in Finance domain (Invest managers, underwriters, Risk and operations teams) - Work closely with business partners to understand processes, gaps and goals.
- Analyze existing and future state business processes, systems and flows of data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain :
a) Workflows in Salesforce
b) Apex code
c) Push topics
d) Lightning UI-based user experience
e) Best practices for customizing Salesforce
f) Full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to development to quality checks to final production release
- Troubleshoot production issues
Qualifications :
- At least 5 years of software development experience with a minimum of two (2) years in designing and developing complex integration and custom solutions.
- Expert hands-on software development experience using Salesforce Lightning Framework, Visualforce, Apex code, and JavaScript.
- Prior experience designing and creating advanced customized reports using datasets from numerous Salesforce instances and external data sources, configuring complex validations and process flows, configuring/integrating with various tools like Tableau/PowerBI, etc.
- Strong practical knowledge of Lightning, Salesforce configurations, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Apex Web services, SOQL & SOSL, and APIs
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications via real-time and batch processes
- Research regular Salesforce quarterly updates and perform impact assessment on existing application architecture
Good to Have : Experience in SME/corporate lending domain with a fair understanding of business processes/workflows is preferable.
