Job Requirements :
- Experience in Salesforce/Zoho/Hubspot/Bitrix or similar CRM software
- Understand the business process and requirements of the team and implement and customize various modules (CRM, Sales & Marketing)
- Work with the support team to resolve any reported issues. Track issues and provide periodic updates
- Effectively utilize modules features to automate various business processes.
- Monitor, Control and ensure the sustained effective usage of CRM throughout the organization
- Develop custom CRM features and functionalities in support of Business needs
- Provide functional support to sales and marketing users
- Define and assume responsibility for development needs in order to evolve the features of the tool
- Play an advisory role with internal users in the use and interpretation of customer information
- Provide training in the use of CRM
- Clean up and maintain database and perform optimal management of the CRM according to best practices
- Be the guarantor of the proper technical functioning of CRM
- Experience in creating reports and dashboard
