Job Description :
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science or similar program
- Strong written and spoken English language communication skills
- At least 4 years hands-on experience as a Salesforce software developer at a previous company and 2+ years into NPSP Implementations
- Deep knowledge on Salesforce configuration including objects, fields, profiles, roles, workflows, approval processes, process builders, etc.
Strong knowledge of APEX, Visualforce and the Lightning platform development framework
- Solid understanding of data migration tools and processes with regard to Salesforce
- Experience in NPSP Administration, Gift Entry Templates and Advanced Mapping
- Implementation of Manage House Hold and Organization accounts
- Manage Donations, Payments, Recurring Donations and Soft Credits
- Managing Fundraising and Campaigns
- Data Importing using NPSP Data Loader and Advanced Mapping
- NPSP Reports Workbook
- Tableau with NPSP is an added advantage
- Knowledge in Program, Case and Voluntary Management Modules.
