Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product management and operations to build and optimize our website and internal systems
- Work with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC formerly Demandware) to develop and implement new features (ISML, Pipelining, Scripting, JS Controllers)
- Design and implement ecommerce solutions that integrate industry-standard (OMS, CRM, WMS, and 3PLs)
- Develop responsive, optimized experiences for our customers
- Take ownership of development on Salesforce Commerce Cloud/SFCC and the front-end development process
- Architect solutions for projects spanning ecommerce, operations, sales, and marketing
Desired Profile of the Candidate:
- Should be a certified person in Sales force commerce cloud.
- Looking for candidate with good knowledge in UI, backend and Project management.
- Experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) formerly Demandware including Business Manager, pipelines, controllers, scripts, ISML, XML feeds.
- Retail / B2C ecommerce experience in site merchandising operations, reporting, site search & SEO, AB testing, campaign & promotions management and maintenance.
- Experience responsive websites and performance optimization.
- Experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform and its reference application, Site Genesis, earn or have earned the Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer certification and become an expert in the API, management tools, and capabilities.
- Strong experience in ecommerce domain (OMS, CRM, and 3PLs, integrating branded content sites, and using Salesforce Commerce Cloud's SiteGenesis).
- Good experience in managing a team of at least ten members.
- Should have good experience in Client interaction.
