Job Description :
1. Build engaging product for a B2B customers across India and products for internal team for business efficiency.
2. Understand business requirements and translating into tech spec and charting out product path.
3. Look at the data and help data backed decisions and designing logics for Tech team.
4. Writing down test cases, building it with the developer, solve the edge cases and testing for bugs.
5. Working in Loops - Plan, Implement, Release, Feedback, Iterate.
6. Ability to work and communicate effectively in a cross functional environment with marketing, engineering, operations etc.
7. Knowledge and experience with B2B application products, technologies and architecture.
8. Strong analytical thinking and ability to make decisions based on both quantitative data and qualitative insights.
9. Experience working with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, Leadsquared etc. Experience on Zoho is preferred.
10. Excellent communication skills including presentation, written, verbal and email.
11. Minimum experience required - 1-3 Years
