SFDC Tech Lead - Apex/Visual Force (6-8 yrs) (U.S Recruiting Consultants)

Responsibilities :

- Leads technical requirements gathering and/or design workshops for complex projects

- Provides overall Salesforce technical expertise

Skills & Requirements :

Must Have :

1. Have a very good knowledge on SFDC Apex development.Proficient in creating Classes Triggers Visual Force along with Visual Force components CSS HTML tags

2. Have a very good communication skills oral and written

3. Deep understanding of the SFDC coding standards and hands on experience in implementing the coding standards

4. Understanding the Business requirements and translating the same to SFDC technical solution

Good to have :

1. Good knowledge on creating the technical and design documents

2. Good Analytical skills in terms of analysing the existing code and identify the gaps in the implementation of coding standards best practices and keep sight of Salesforce limits

3. Hands on experience on Integration with SOAP REST JSON

4. Proficient in SFDC Design Flow process builder to implement complex requirement with configurations

5. Interaction with the Key stakeholders and managing the expectations

Experience Required 5 to 6 years in SFDC only
