Salesforce Technical Architect
Charter : As an experienced Salesforce Architect, you should be able to provide architectural & amp; design leadership to the product engineering teams. Following are the key expectations :
- Ability to apply the knowledge of Salesforce platforms/ technologies to create innovative SaaS enabled products.
- Should have passion for building highly scalable and performant products.
- Apply creative thinking & amp; approach to resolve technical solutions that further business goals and align with Product NFR goals like performance, reliability, scalability, usability, security, flexibility, and cost.
- Conceptualize and present the vision & amp; value of proposed architectures and solutions to a wide range of audiences in alignment with business priorities and objectives.
- Ability to have technology centric discussions with customers, understand their requirements, manage expectations and provide solutions for their business needs.
- Conduct Proof-Of-Technology/Concept for the new services/platforms evaluating various emerging technologies in the Salesforce Space. Also, explain the advantages of various technology alternatives.
- Establish the design patterns, processes, standards, framework, and reusable components on the data platforms with a focus to make them inherently secure, robust, scalable, modular, API-centric, and platform agnostic.
- Collaborate efficiently with key partners including Product managers & amp; owners, business and engineering teams to identify and define solutions for complex business and technical requirements.
- Provide technical mentorship to the team, conduct design/code reviews, and drive initiatives for continuous improvements & amp; engineering excellence.

- Task Management - Have team management experience and should be able to plan tasks, discuss and work on priorities.
- Communication - Able to convey ideas and information clearly and accurately to self or others whether in writing or verbal.
Education & Experience :
- 12-15 Years of experience working in IT and at least 5+ years as a Salesforce Architect.
- 3+ years of experience in agile methodology-based product development.
- Bachelor's/Master Degree in Computer Science from Tier 1-2 college.
- Salesforce Architecture Certifications covering UI, Data and Integration Aspects.
- Hands-on experience in building products and applications using Salesforce Platform i.e., Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Einstein
- Ability to blend and use UI JS frameworks JQuery, Angular, Kendo with salesforce front end technologies
- Ability to Architect solutions spanning multiple clouds i.e. Salesforce. AWS/Azure and multiple technologies i.e. Salesforce, Python and Databases
- Experience and ability to architect data driven applications using rule based and AI/ML based Systems.
- Experience working on Salesforce Service and Marketing Clouds
- Ability to design SaaS enabled multi-tenant products with Multi-Geography rollouts
- Good understanding of DevOps principles and experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Bamboo.
- Strong understanding of container technology (Docker), container architecture, and deployment patterns (single/multi-container).
- Good understanding of micro services application architecture.
