Saleforce Developer - Service Cloud/Marketing Cloud (1-6 yrs) (Pioneer)

Brief Overview:

The CRM/Salesforce Manager is part of the Digital Marketing team focused on creating and supporting marketing strategies that capitalize on growth opportunities with prioritized customer segments by leveraging consumer insights, understanding the competitive landscape and working closely with cross-functional teams. Additionally, The CRM/Salesforce Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of Salesforce platform administration, development, and data quality and is responsible for ensuring that the configuration and related internal customer support serves the organizations needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

- Create campaigns in Salesforce according to marketing goal

- Create customer journeys in Salesforce according to marketing goal

- Knowledge of digital marketing metrics

- Experience of initiating and executing projects and campaigns through a customer first strategy

- Experience of customer segmentation

- Conduct analysis of end user difficulties help desk support

- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Support, Technology and Data Analytics teams

- Regular monitoring and reporting of campaign statistics

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

- Sales, Marketing experience preferred

- Strong Salesforce experience required, excellent computer skills

- Strong analytical Excel and Word skills required

- Engaging communicator leading trainings to optimize Salesforce usage

- Attention to detail and strong interpersonal, coordination and communication skills required

- Prior experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment preferred
