KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
On the Marketing/Demand Gen front
- Plan, build and execute cross-channel communications, campaigns and complex nurture programs in a flexible and timely manner
- Manage set-up and configuration of data-driven campaigns ensuring deliverability
- Working with stakeholders to create and implement test strategies, including A/B multivariant testing that maximize conversions
- Solid technical skills and expertise with HTML and CSS optimized for email deployment
- Oversee campaigns from creation to analysis and reporting
- Troubleshoot and maintain Marketo-Salesforce sync behavior
- Hands-on with the Marketo tool
On the Salesforce front
- Provide user provisioning, documentation, business workflow rules, profiles, role hierarchy, and user support
- Responsible for SFDC Administration including object customization, implementing new fields, page layouts, workflow rules, process builders, etc.
- Diagnose problems and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce customization and workflows
- Work closely with Salesforce Architects and Salesforce Development team to support our Sales, Service, and Community Cloud Implementations.
- Ensure all development is thoroughly documented, go through the proper testing processes, and meet high level design requirements, security requirements, etc.
- Provide a problem solving and - point of escalation- technical support function
Key Attributes :
- Proven experience working with Marketo and Salesforce administrator and troubleshooting the integration between the two systems.
- Experience in building relationships with Marketing personnel and to take initiative in solving business problems
- Experience in application integration to other 3rd-party system
- Experience in generating process maps for front-end related business processes
- Ability to articulate to stakeholders the value of recommended approaches and solution
- Ability to translate between technical and business language and to explain concepts and complex topics in relatively simple terms
- Must have a passion to learn new things and research the latest Marketo/SFDC releases feature and clearly articulate their benefits
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks; proven strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Track record in driving change and removing hurdles in fast growth organizations by working cross-functionally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Agile, self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively
Requirements :
- Minimum of 4+ years of years in both Marketo and Salesforce administration, development
- At least 2 years of specific experience related to analysis, development, testing, or equivalent experience
- Require at least one (1) of either Marketo Certified Professional or Salesforce Certified Administrator Certifications, preferably both
