Position - Technical Lead Java
Location - Gurgaon

- We are looking for Technical Lead to join our product development team in our dynamic Gurgaon office. Our automated testing tool, specializes in testing Salesforce, the market-leading cloud CRM platform. Our dev team is responsible for developing the tool with efficient code following best practices.

Responsibilities :
- Understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Create detailed technical design documents - Document and develop code according to specifications and standards Implement agreed design on the Java/Javascript

- Provide support to the test automation team and Provar customers on a day-to-day basis, as and when required

Skills Required :
Essential :
- Strong Java experience in development and implementation of applications using Core Java, AJAX, HTML, JavaScript, Object Oriented Programming and Design, UML, familiarity with Java design patterns
- Proven skills in Core Java, Multithreading, Eclipse RCP, REST, SOAP, XML, WSDL, Databases such as MySQL, ORACLE and DB2
- Expert in Java, Object Oriented Programming concepts. Willing to work in cross functional skills
- Knowledge of Design Patterns and experience in applying them to solve design problems
- Ability to design based off of business requirements and experience communicating across geographies
- Has worked in small and large teams with Requirements, Design and Development phases and complex implementations
- Willingness and aptitude to learn new skills in a rapidly changing environment
- Excellent communication skills (Oral, written and presentation), organizational and collaboration skills
Preferable :
- Knowledge of CRM solutions, preferably Salesforce.com
- Experience of Agile practices, TDD or BDD development cycle
- The candidate must have strong visual design skills and be able to provide real-world examples which demonstrate these skills

Interview Process :
1. Screening Test/MCQ Test: The candidate has to login from their laptop and join the Hangouts link shared through an invite. Please make sure that network connection is good. You have to keep audio, video & screen sharing on throughout this round. After joining, you'll get a link on your mail through Coderbyte which will take you to a set of 31 questions with 29 MCQs & 2 open ended questions, you have to solve this questionnaire in 30 minutes (or max. 45 minutes).
2. Coding Challenge- Once the candidate is shortlisted in the screening test, a coding challenge will be provided to the candidates through Coderbyte. It's an offline home project and there is no time limit to complete that. However, the link to the coding challenge will be a one-time access link. This round is mainly designed to analyse how the candidates showcase their development approach and skills. We want you to spend the time you need to submit something you- re happy with and at the same time we don- t want you to spend hours on end either.
We need you to keep recruiter updated about your progress and let recruiter know immediately over mail, if you need any assistance from our end.
Note: Please don't get confused that this project is for a salesforce developer. it's for a java developer and you just have to call a few Salesforce APIs before you begin to code in Java 8.
3. Technical Round of Interview- After clearing the coding challenge round, we'll schedule your interview with the technical team to go through some of the questions in the previous rounds and ask other questions related to their cv, experience, behaviour, etc. The candidates should be prepared to demonstrate and discuss their coding challenge submission in this round.
4. Managerial Round(s) of Interview- Next round would be the managerial round(s) to analyse the candidate's suitability and expectations.
